I have been practicing meditation for over 25 years and am a fully qualified MBSM instructor.
I studied and graduated with a degree in
Mindfulness Based Stillness Meditation Teaching at The Yarra Valley Living Centre, The Gawler Foundation, Victoria.

Many people suffer pain and anxiety when staying in hospitals. Learning to meditate and relax through breathing and body scanning techniques together with guided meditations facilitated in the hospital help to alleviate the stress and manage the pain patients and loved ones can suffer.
